The Voters right act had to be re-enacted in 2007 and there was another "March" by African Americans again. If you are a true citizen under the constitution why would you need to have a right to vote and march again in 2007 again for it to be legistlated again by the Government? Most so-called "blacks" are 13th and 14th amendmendment Negroes/African Amerincans under the US corporation not the USA constitution.

Actually the 3/5 clause is an anti slavery clause quoting frederick douglas, for example it takes 30,000 free people to get 1 representative in congress, now because of the clause it takes 50,000 slaves to get one representative into congress, now for a state to get more reps in congress it would have to free those slaves and then they only need 30,000 of them to get a rep in congress hence 3/5 clause. peace!

From that perspective you are correct, but the average so-called BLACK person have no knowledge of who they are, or what position they hold.. even among the so-called Hebrew Israelites. I say so-called because you have no documented proof of your decent. Many people use the scriptures to support their system of belief, but what's on your Birth certificate? I have an ancestor that fought in the American revolution why can't i just say that i am an American. Do European classify themselves as Americans. Not Really! Look at St. Patrick's Day. Irish Americans claim their Irish ancestry first. Same with Italian Americans.
