Wow... So many people hate one version over another. I guess it's what version you grew up with. I actually like them both. I enjoyed Bruce Faulconer's music throughout the Funi dub. I have no complaints about Goku's voice in the Japanese version. His voice was done by the same voice actor (female) from child to adult and to reflect his pure, childlike personality. Both versions are great. Why so much hatred?

Now I generally prefer the English dub of Z, but this scene was done best in this dub in Z. Kai's version of this wasn't nearly as good in both Japanese and English and Z's english version wasn't as good. When Goku dashes, there is silence in music and sound effects. That was perfect and not to mention the timing on how this VA said the Kamehameha was spot on.

The voices are extremely annoying, ive watched alot of anime in Japanese and its fine but DBZ has alot of yelling and the voices dont go with some of the main characters like goku for example. he sounds like a 10 year old boy.
