Do your research, be informed and educated. Do not take advice from somone like @divabikinis, who are slander spammers. They have nothing better to do with their life than bash something which I am sure they tried and failed at.

divabikinis has spammed all over youtube about the matter, when in fact it was 3 individuals who have filed the lawsuit, not the state, which has not yet even been taken to a courtroom. nor been certified.

@StevenDownward No problem....I would like to add.....if you research other mlm companies, such as amway, you will find, they too had class action suits filed against them, with RICO violations being used as legal ammunition. But, once again, the suits were filed by previous reps, not by the state. The case was a failure, in terms of accusing the mlm as a pyramid scheme. Amway still does business as usual. As will FHTM.

Every large company, especially MLM companies, always face a class action lawsuit, being the result of people joining and hoping for overnight riches with no effort, and thus failing. FHTM has done its research. FHTM has a great legal team. As have the companies that they market for.

10 years of business. BBB has no negatives unresolved.

The lawsuit has been filed by individuals, not by the state. Every legal matter to date has been resolved.
