  • lol watching this when windows 8 is about to come out ^-^

  • Use Linux or Mac!

  • mac osx lion

  • This is why i run ubuntu :D

  • WINDOWS 7 RULES, VISTA SUCKS!!!

Only thing that was better on XP and Vista was the taskbar, everything else is better on Windows 7!

  • I've had Xp for years I'm never moving to Vista but I just bought a quad core so now I think it's time to move onto Windows 7

  • That's y windows 7 is the best

  • i will always be with XP

  • vista works good for me i dont why you people complain so damm much.

  • @master2dope 1. Compatibility sucks so much.

    2. Aero sucks balls. Windows 7 improved this greatly.

    3. UAC SUCKS!

    4. Crashes so much, ON COMPUTERS THAT WORK WITH IT.

    5. Driver corruptions thanks to Vista. My belkin mouse stopped working on Vista, Ubuntu worked. And now, Vista decided to fuck up my BLU-RAY DRIVE. It works, I could get an Ubuntu Live CD running just fine on the PC. And I can't find drivers for it. Not even on the OEM's site!

  • holy shit that's expensive for mac it's only $29

  • 5: Google Desktop - good alternative.

    2: YOU ARE A PIRATE!

  • for me many program isn't compatible with windows 7 XP RULEZ VISTA SUCKS

  • @mutoit1

Windows 7 Ultimate: Windows Virtual PC's "XP Mode"

Windows Vista-Windows 7 excluding Ultimate: VirtualBox and Seamless Mode

  • And the number one reason is: Windows 7

  • Apple Lisa propably failed because of Apple Macintosh. Windows ME were very good in plug n play, but they had 1-2 serious bugs. One of them was in scandisk, where you got an endless checkdisk, because of the modern hard disks' large caches. MS had to re publish Win ME with the fixes, I guess MS was to kill Win ME because of XP, so it discontinued them. As for NextStep, it was due to Jobs got back to Apple, and because NextStep was incompatible with the majority of the hardware of it's era.

  • At 1:23 the tragic point that these OSes were in front of their age, they had all many revolutionary features. CP/M was as good as MS DOS. It propably failed because it was oriented to micros like Amstrad, PC was dominated by DOSes MS DOS, DR DOS, PC DOS. OS/2 was an other tragic case. It was much front of the hardware of it's era, so with only 4 MB of RAM was very hard to run, also a lot of it's code was MS code, so it was not a good idea for IBM to pay copyrights to MS. Apple Lisa propably

  • *watched the 5 reasons to GET VISTA*

    Im buying vista!

*watched 5 reasons not to GET VISTA*

    What the?

  • XP AND 7 HAIL HAIL!!

  • apple lisa? wtf? lol

  • HAHAHA! The stupid pc troubles that i haven't seen for a 2 years, since i switched to mac!!! The old PC is also with Mac os X server. HAHAHA

    burn in hell,lamers!!!

  • @bbpetrov Mac's parts are to expensive, (how much a keyboard costs if you drop your coffee on it), and Macs are not easily serviceble by you, except if you are an expert and you don't afraid to make repairs by yourself. I just read an article on a magazine of how to upgrade a CPU, RAM, or a HD in Mac, and it's difficult.

  • Ive used XP for 5 years. now its time for 7 :D

  • XP and 7 For life!!!!

  • HELLS YEAH got my shit dual booted with that both 64 bit systems too

  • Vista:Go to hell

    XP:R.I.P

  • not to buy Windows Vista, buy LEOPARD

  • no SNOW LEOPARD!

  • No, Jaguar, it's a faster animal LOL.

  • now it OSX Snow Leopard Woot Woot!

  • #4 Closed Microsoft ecosystem

Same with Apple. No.. Worse with them, because of the hardware-bundling.

    #3 Lack of native applications

"Third party vendors are scrambling to make their products work in Vista. Even iTunes for example."

I doubt that Apple want iTunes run very well on Microsoft Vista.

  • leopard ftw

  • uhhh....

  • yea... pretty much sums it all up

  • I agree... on #2 but #3, 4 and 5 are stupid reasons not to buy it! and #1... well.. i dont really know about it, not bad, not good.

  • Vista is actually very stable OS. At first it sucked, i agree but then again, what did XP have in the first two years? it took XP 2 (yes 2) service packs to be stable. Vista's taken 1. And UAC is good. People complained about XP security. Now they complain about security that actually helps them???!!! People need to get their facts straight and give it a chance.

  • I agree too..

  • I agree
