Egypt and Sudan should start pay to down stream countries for Nile River water . This water resource owned by people living in down stream countries. Those poor countries should start benefit from their resources by selling it to Sudan, Egypt and othercountries. Water in Cairo almost free however people in down stream countries pay too much. Sudan and Egypt have another natural resources like Oil, they sale it to other countries. In the same logic they have to pay us for our natural resources
