  • you keep pronouncing "kyoto" wrong!! i'm not sure if british has such sound, but its KYO TOH. KYO as in .... i don't know how to say it, but not KO YO TO!!! lol.

  • Yeah someone else mentioned it & I knew when I was editing the video. I didn't want to edit it out...thanks for watching : )

  • I love those views from high places.

If you haven't, you should go to Yokohama and go up the crazy fast elevator to the top in the Landmark Tower, 295,8 meters. Pretty cool view and on a fine day you can see Mount Fuji. I didn't see the mountain the day i was there but it was cool anyway.

  • Wow that's bloody high up, sounds awesome. I'll definitely check that out one day...thanks mate : )

  • haha I never went to the Tower ever :O

  • Definitely worth doing, but if you went to any of the surrounding mountains on a clear day. You would of got a pretty good view of the place as well : )

  • OK I generally love the accent but its keeoto not whatever you have been saying. I know its nit picky.

  • hahaha I was wondering if someone was going to pick me up on that! I think I said it right after the 3rd time. I was kinda cringing at my pronunciation, but I wanted to keep the video clip...feel free to nit pick as you call it, as much as you like. Any comments/feedback are greatly appreciated...cheers mate : )

You guys have such good quality and film great places in Japan!

    and LOL at ending!

    *rates five stars*

  • id hate to be there when a earthquake hit!!! can you say TIMBER!!!! but nice vid none the less

    keep them coming

    danny in ohio

  • lol its funny you should say that. The thought crossed my mind when I was up in the tower & in the underground passageways, imagining what would happen. I don't think there would be many safe places in that city if an earthquake hit. Even out in the street you'd be trying to dodge building falling down at you.

  • My first visit to Kyoto was 1998. Then we went again January 2009. Love that city. We stayed at Hotel Granvia at Kyoto Station, and last year we stayed in a nice hotel near downtown. I bet it would be cool to stay at Tokyo Tower Hotel. I wonder if you get free rides to the top if you stay there?

  • Coolness mate, yeah its a beautiful city, so much to see...I think you would get free tickets for the tower staying at the Tokyo Tower Hotel, its a little more expensive than the Tokyo Tower Hotel 2.

  • Cool views. It's weird how the size of cities doesn't really strike you sometimes until you get a view over the top.

  • Your right mate...the tower sure gave a good perspective of the vastness of the place : )

  • I want to go to Kyoto. Looks like your having a good time.

  • @mhensley81 Kyoto is pretty cool, I've been there.

  • @ mhensley81

Yeah fun place, we loved it, I'm going to have to go back & check out all the stuff we dodn't have time to see!

  • Yeah definitely worth a visit. I'd recommend staying for more than a couple of days. There's so much to see there!

  • haha

  • hehe good to see you getting a laugh out of my Kyoto vids...your lucky to live there, its a great place : )
