In killing this show, they more or less killed Elliots' career. He was poised to be huge at the start of the 90's. He was fresh of a successful SNL run and this show appeared to be doing well. He was acting, writing; etc. He went on to have some great cameos and little moments here and there (for example: he and Cross kill Scary Movie 2 dead), but he could've maybe become a household name if FOX had let Get A Life develop. Maybe not, but Elliot was definitely firing on all cylinders back then.
