hey my buddy did a cobra 4.6 dohc swap on his 94 5.0 body and he wants to race my 94 5.0L. my question is will a fully stock DOHC take my 5.0 with my upgrades. gt 40 intake mani 75mm BBK throttle body adjustable fuel pressure regulator and e303 cam and ford racing roller rockers?
The 94 gt can keep his head up, atleast its got the 5.0 engine, alot better than the 2v 4.6. You can stroke it, boost it, s/c it, or hit the bottle, all are nasty on that engine.
Nice cobra, sounds good. Only have one issue with it. Your picking on a poor little probably stock 94gt. hmmm 215 vs 320 of course the 4v owns it, lol. Im just saying its not a fair race or comparison. That was puppy kicking, lol

i have some before and after videos of my 2002 gt and of my mach with just bassani mufflers and my most recent video is with the bassani o/r x . check it out but the video doesnt to it justice :)

That 5.0 took u the first 4 seconds ,dont pull up to a 2011 5.0 gt it would be ugly start to finish

yea i like the 4.6 tho, i have a 97 cobra myself, but the 5.0 is still probly the best pushrod ford motor ever built

haha yea neither were stock, we both knew the out outcome just did it for fun at a random light. the cobra now has 4:10's so it is INSANE! haha
