Because they are rare it is unlikely we will be able to reach them, at least in the near future. At current orbital speeds it would take something like 200,000 years to get to the nearest star. But if we can travel close to the speed of light we can get there in only a few years.

Besides, naturally, Humans would not know of any god if it was not for some book, written years ago, by men. If its the natural way, why is there no clear answer, why is this such a debate?
Actually, isn't it more scientific to propose a theory and then try to DISPROVE it? That's scientists do. If they can't prove something is correct they try every way to disprove it. If they can't disprove it then they accept it as valid theory and it becomes accepted as fact until disproved. So it's more like trying to prove that 'something greater' DOESN'T exist. The same break should really be extended to creationists. Instead of saying prove it, try saying disprove it! Until then it's valid.
None (or very few) of the scientific theories you learn about regarding the universe, big bang, etc, etc. have been proved. They can't be proved! Not yet anyway. The reason they're largely accepted as fact is because they make sense to the science community who aren't able to disprove them either. But they do try to disprove theories all the time. The harder they try to disprove something and fail, the more they accept it as fact. So why not do the same for belief in God? It's just as plausible.

The matter is nothing more then locked energy, so all you need to create a Universe is a certain amount of energy that could burst into being it's own space-time-matter fabric. If you say that Allah, God etc is responsible... okay. Science can't say what was before the Big Bang but since then... it is clear that we're on our own and on the mercy of the laws of physics.

they have found about 30 so far, i suspect there are far more. but this is only a small fraction of the total number of stars in the galaxy, so planets of our type (and distance to the sun) are rare. Because they are rare it is unlikely we will be able to reach them, at least in the near future. At current orbital speeds it would take something like 200,000 years to get to the nearest star. But if we can travel close to the speed of light we can get there in only a few years.

Actually, isn't it more scientific to propose a theory and then try to DISPROVE it? That's scientists do. If they can't prove something is correct they try every way to disprove it. If they can't disprove it then they accept it as valid theory and it becomes accepted as fact until disproved. So it's more like trying to prove that 'something greater' DOESN'T exist. The same break should really be extended to creationists. Instead of saying prove it, try saying disprove it! Until then it's valid.

None (or very few) of the scientific theories you learn about regarding the universe, big bang, etc, etc. have been proved. They can't be proved! Not yet anyway. The reason they're largely accepted as fact is because they make sense to the science community who aren't able to disprove them either. But they do try to disprove theories all the time. The harder they try to disprove something and fail, the more they accept it as fact. So why not do the same for belief in God? It's just as plausible.

Since when the axis of the Earth determines weather it will "burn" or not? As far as I remember that is determined by the distance to the Sun. Besides - the axis' degree does change over time, because of the wobble of the planet around it, so.. we haven't burn up yet. First of all science doesn't create things, it explains the processes in the Universe. Second of all the matter in the Universe formed from the initial hydrogen cloud which occurred after the Big Bang. Third of all, science is proven to be right and correct at many issues more then religion. Fourth of all the religions claim that science is bad and it against God and according to my information... they are so very wrong.

this is not true religions always tell us to seek knowledge... I'll speek about my religion I don't know about others but in Islam the Quran told us to seek knowledge and science and a lot of the Islamic sheiks are scientists in astronomy.. I'm sure that the bible also told christians about science and knowledge
and as you said science is always right no one can argue about that where did we come from?

The Big Bang was the beginning of the time-space-matter fabric of our Universe. The matter is nothing more then locked energy, so all you need to create a Universe is a certain amount of energy that could burst into being it's own space-time-matter fabric. If you say that Allah, God etc is responsible... okay. Science can't say what was before the Big Bang but since then... it is clear that we're on our own and on the mercy of the laws of physics.

Oh, In the name of Mother Earth! Read some more books before debating on this. Humanity came to be just as any other life - THROUGH EVOLUTION. We are here to evolve, to develop, not to pray to someone that never existed and wait for him/her to tell us what to do. We're the ones that are to decide. All of us are God, because we all are souls-all life and all mind in the Universe.

I know what evolution is, but where does the "soul" come from?? why are you alive and another person isn't?? for things to evolve they must have a "soul" they must be "alive"..where did this soul come from??
