Back in 2002 when I first bought a Gang Starr album I had this and 'Just to Get a Rep' on constant repeat. When I would come back from work, I immediately put Royalty on play. Two years later, I picked Guru's Jazzmatazz C.D and found myself loving his shit. When I was told he had died, I went to my 12" copy of Discipline and put it on repeat. The only thing I am more gutted about is he never made peace with DJ Premier. R.I.P Guru.
