Ya know, most synthesizer music just pisses me off. These talentless "musicians" bang on keys because they don't have what it takes to play real instruments... don't even get me started on all this hip-hop and rap crap where there isn't enough talent to even compose something, it all as he be sampled from someone else..

But I gotta say... JMJ and Wendy(or Walter =P) Carlos ruled the day for electronic music. These are talented musicians without a doubt.

@Angola6 Electronic musicians are not stupid pieces of shit. It took talent to compose from MOOGs and other synths to record on tape etc way before the sequencers came into play. Vangelis and others are talented pianists as well. Today, yes, they use drum machines to produce a stupid beat for the criminal rappers, but the real musicians are far from this. I play a number of synths (Roland, Korg, Kurzweil, Yamaha, EMU, Nord Lead, and others and it takes lots of skill to do all the programming.

You have intrested about this music, cause' I see you know so much about this musci, and yes I have to say too Jarre is the Pionner of the electric synth. music, I think most of musician use his instruments and efect what Jarre study and aply on the keybord's. Oh God... 2005 late August, up late at night listening to Stars' End in unbearable mental anguish as what little a life I had began disintegrating right before me...
