Technically, you are correct, there was a series of citizen academy exercises in 2008. As it was presented to me by the SPFD, this initial group was considered a "pilot" experiment and was valuable in designing this first "official" citizen's academy. If you are a member of that group, congrats. We have raw unedited footage of that group if there is any interest in posting it.
You are correct. We were the pretest. My bad. Those guys did a great job. The more the merrier I say. Keep up the good work SPFD.
