Escuché por primera vez esta pieza en el año de 1978 al salir de la secundaria y durante mucho tiempo no supé de quién era, hasta unos 12 ó 13 años después compré el cassete o cinta y aparece la imagen de la tierra y en su interior el cráneo humano, desgraciadamente perdí la cinta y ahora, para mi beneplácito he podido volver a escucharla. Had my first real headphone experience to this piece back in the seventies - big red things with individual volume controls on each earpiece. It's pretty intense with the separation at the beginning of part two and then when the sounds travel through your head from one ear to the other - if you see what I mean.

I was stationed in Germany from June, 76 until 84 my first tour there. In 1976 I purchased my first Jean Michel Jarre, Oxygene album which I still have, and preserve like a museum piece. I strongly believe that Mr. Jarre's music is at least a quatrillion light years ahead of our time. I also have a cd, and the entire recording of the Oxygene production on I Pod. Mr. Jarre is a real genius, and his music will be still heard several hundred years from now.
