I just watched all of the weight loss videos you uploaded and im happy to see you've lost weight! Im not sure what the differnce is in like our hieght but i eat about 800 calories a day and ive lost about 80 pounds so far. (im also really short) I wish you luck too!
I was 252 pounds about a year ago. I only actually have done around 6 months of dieting and I'm at 168 pounds right now. It's all about portion sizes and what you're actually eating. I only do around 20 - 30 minutes of extremely light cardio, just general dancing, press ups and stomach crunches every 2 days. I'm still on my diet which is 2 egg whites in the morning, for lunch I have brown rice and some fresh vegetables and for dinner I eat a small plate of pasta with vegetables. Just keep at it!
Pete, I'm supporting you, you have to prepare for the munchies at nite, make some healthy snack sacks so if you want to eat at night at least it's healthy. I eat carrots for snacks with a dip that's low calorie ,low fat and sodium. It's pretty good.

1200-1300 calories. thats really bad for you, you should be eating around 2000 range for a person yor weight. its not about how many calories you eat, its about the types of foods you eat to get those calories.
@drewster6279 Actually, it's exactly the opposite. It's about how many calories you eat, not where they come from. You can eat McDonalds every day, and if you go below 2000 kcal you won't gain a kilogram. You won't be healthy and your blood will probably saturate with crap, but you won't gain a single kg.

Most definitely not..I know dieting is hard. It's not about cutting foods out of your life for good. It's about watching how much of it you eat. But I'm done with my interwebs rant now lol. It doesn't matter at all where the calories come from, which is different from what @drewster6279 said, which is "it's not about how many calories you eat, it's about the types of foods you eat". Weight gain/loss is about calories, and only about calories. This is basic thermodynamics.
woah woah...... 1200-1300 is a huge cut and dont get discouraged if you are eating up to 1600 cuz youll still be losing that way.... 1200 is the absolute minimum that most people should consume
I gotta say man, I think a restriction diet is an awful idea for you. It's the worst thing you can do for long term weight loss. At your weight, you should probably eat around 2200-2500 calories a day, mostly lean protein, veggies and healthy fat. That, along with working out and riding your bike is a recipe for weight loss, my bruddah. You'd probably lose 2 lbs a week, which is a hell of a lot better than you've been doing.
Cardio is not the end all, be all. You need to do some resistance and weight training. I know you won't change anything and will just continue to do the same old routine, seeing minimal results. I support you, I watch your video's give you a thumb up, but are failing to respect your fan base. You need to regain your focus and determine how dedicated you your weight loss you are going to be. Otherwise change the name of the Vlog....
