For a 10 year old, this is unbelievable! I cannot even imagine trying to break a board that's over my head--I've tried; it's not easy at all! Keep up the good work and stay focused. You did a killer job on this test Sensei Wolfgang, Mitchell! Good luck on your second degree test--hopefully you're still in the sport and progressing because you are GOOD!

great job young guy. i see a good future for you in this sport. i have a little advice. make sure you ALWAYS keep your hands up. a good way to work on this is buy putting something under your arms and doing some line drills. im a 1st degree and this helped me when i was younger. good luck and keep up the good work
