Undefined variable: row in C:\xampp\htdocs\Forum\index.ph­p on line 56

Undefined index: uid in C:\xampp\htdocs\Forum\index.ph­p on line 36

the variable is $admin_user_level = $row['admin'];

the undefined index: uid is if($_SESSION['uid']){}

i follow your tutorial its work but some of the page got a error? can u pls help me this error pls..im noob..thanks and God Bless

Well you can learn php in like 3 months if you code everyday, just keep on coding and if you need help, use w3schools. c 0m

php is actually pretty easy once you understand basic programming concepts. I think you'll find php not that hard to grasp, since you already have some programming concepts with javascript!
