There is no such thing as a full version. Stuart Ross wrote much music for GTA3. Some punk has just ripped the song off and mixed it without the intro and ending. Still a great track though. Perhaps try emailing Rockstar for the full song?

It sounds like he remixed the beginning and end of the song with other parts of the song, so he could edit out the DJ that talks in the song. Still, sounds pretty good.
