  • going here is my dream, I'm 15 and still have 3 years of school left in Holland, can I go here when I'm 18? or is that too old or something? Do I have to go to the EF Language Travel or.. I don't get the difference.. please help me out?!

  • @dropjeeee - Hi there, 18 sounds like a great time to study at EF New York. You are not too old. When you are 18 (minimum 16) you can go on the EF Language Courses Abroad program. It means that you travel on your own but at the school there is EF staff who help you with everything. On the EF Language Travel program you travel in a group and stay with the same group during the course. Good luck with your plans! Matt @EF YouTube Team

  • oh, EF NY,i have already been there the last summer, how i miss!

  • 2010-2011 Best year in my life over there. I recommend everyone to go. It's wonderful.

  • how old do you have to be???

  • @JerseyGirl111xo - Most programs are for adults/steudents 16+ but there are also special summer programs for students from age 13.

  • @EF can i spend a year in the USA at the age of 14??

  • @JerseyGirl111xo - EF New York is a language school, and if you're 14 you still have a couple of years of High School left. For our full year program (EF Academic Year Abroad) you need to be at least 16-17. But you could go on one of EF's High School. programs instead. EF has a private high school in New York (EF International Academy) and you could also go on an exchange year at an American high school in the US on the EF High SChool Year Abroad program.

  • @JerseyGirl111xo Best is if you call the EF office in your home country - you find teh phone number on the main page of the @EF YouTube channel. good luck! Matt @EF

  • @JerseyGirl111xo 13-17 years

  • If you live here, it's not that exciting. It's dirty, crowded and just has this feeling...everything moving too fast.

  • The Best thing about EF is Redondo Beach and their NEWS PROGRAM

The only EF School with a WEEKLY NEWS SHOW --- WE ROCK

    eflosangelescali (youtube) or EF News

  • I WANT TO STUDYYYYYY!!!

  • what is the normal way to go to Manhatten? by train? according to Google Maps it will take 1 hour and 20 minutes to get in downtown Manhatten...

I think that's a shame... I would love to be closer to Manhatten, to experience the real New York!

  • @Maxi86SZ Yea the trains. Did u try it in cars ? There are like so much cars in NYC .Thats why their is Subways and Buses. Now they have "Bus Lane ONLY" so it goes faster.

  • @Maxi86SZ it honestly takes about 30 mins by train from Tarrytown to the city (NYC). I live about 1 hour and 20 mins from the city, in the village of Wappingers Falls. I drive very often to the city because I love going there. Google maps is wrong lol

Tarrytown is fairly close to the city compared to where I live.

  • Ny-big dream in my life

  • Dream

  • NY-my big dream...

  • love it love it. probably i'm going this summer. i'm so excited

  • i;m going this summer Yay
