  • Then how us vegetarians do it? I lose weight and my diet is carb heavy. I never feel like going to sleep after eating. The cleaner your diet, the less you worry about weight.

Perhaps all carbs aren't created equal and there is enough protein in fruits and veggies, however my diet IS carb heavy. That's not what I check for; I look more at fats/saturated whatever. And I don't know ANYONE who eats a clean diet and stresses over their weight. That's would be pointless.

  • @BlandiBoney The only thing you are correct about is the caloric equation. But I don't count calories, carbs, or even fat, I just eat & I have nice muscle tone. There are vegan and vegetarian bodybuilders, and if there is at least one, it's proof it can be done. Have you looked at the nutrition facts for veggies? Clearly you haven't and should have before wasting my fucking time writing me again. There are different types of protein, and they all serve to build muscle.

But when I boil them bitches they get heavier so it gets more calories. But water has no calories so it's incorrect. How the fuck do you count that shit!? Because I want to count after I boiled it.

  • I know you're supposed to split up your carbs but... they say 40-50 carbs in a meal right.. What if you eat a lot of carbs but they're all slow digesting? AKA 100 complex carbs? I can't fit in that many meals in a day to meet my calories, so like 2 cuts of oatmeal in the morning is around 100g. Same with pasta. I eat a big pasta meal that ends up being around 80-100g of carbs from the whole wheat pasta and whole grain wheat bread. PM me :)

  • I have carbs with almost all my 5-6 meals, for example meal 1- whole wheat wrap with veggies and tuna, meal 2- 100% natural peanut butter sandwich 2 slices whole wheat bread, meal 3- 1cup skim milk 2 scoops whey protein, meal 4- 1 chicken breast, 2 cups skim chocolate milk, meal 6- 3 slices turkey and 2 slices whole wheat bread... i have carbs in all my meals is that bad??? im 18 and 125 lbs, 5'10" been workin out properly for 6 months now.

  • Another indecatior that you ate too many carbs is if you eat a whole plate of food and you feel like you can go back for seconds, you've ate too many carbs. Healthy, complex carbs and foods will leave you full. There's been times where I've went to buffets, ate a big plate of mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese and pizza and went back for 2nds and 3rds. Then there's times where I ate a big plate of broccoli & cheese, beef and cheese and some slices of turkey and I was done.
