this is great mate excellent job. One thing I particularly liked the use of a focus pull during the discussion to illustrate whos talking. However i wouldn't through focus back and forth so much in the same shot. Once the voices have been established with the characters the audience shoudn't need the visual aid. Just a tip from a tele camera man. Excellent work though truly the best reconstruction i have seen. Hope to see more lost stories from you.

I have questions regarding this story: Since The Doctor has regenerated at the end of TENTH PLANET & the beginning of this storyline, how did the Dalek recognize The Doctor? After all, The Daleks knew The Doctor when he was the elderly man played by William Hartnell and the last time The Doctor fought The Daleks back in THE DALEKS MASTERPLAN. How did The Dalek know that The Doctor that it's facing is the same Doctor that fought them during THE DALEKS MASTERPLAN?

@ronstermaniac1 Becouse like River Song in the latest series the Daleks were not neccercerily from the same linear timeline as the Doctor. In The Chase it is established that the Daleks have timetravel technology I suspect they are from the Doctors future and would therefore have knowledge of his appearance, possibly even future appearaces.

@cbatt91337 I think (forgive my imagination lol), during the last battle on Skaro in the Evil of the Daleks, a small group of Daleks managed to escape in the capsule to save the Dalek race, which then crash landed on Vulcan, possibly going back in time in the process (there is nothing to say the capsule does not have time travel capabilities)....

@MrClassicDoctorWho ...This would explain why the Daleks keep staring at the Doctor throughout the story too. (you could just pass it off as them recognising a dangerous threat but i dont think so) I think they are staring at him like that because they are still really angry at what he did to them in "Evil"? I know it is said in the Eighth Doctor audio adventure he sent the capsule to vulcan but i think this is far more feasible?

@MrClassicDoctorWho An interesting theory the big question then is when in there time line did the Daleks FIRST meet the Second Doctor? An unseen episode perhaps like the unseen adventure to planet 14 as mentioned by the Cyber-planner in The Invasion?

@cbatt91337 It could have been off screen as there are a lot of things mentioned (like the Invasion) that suggest the Doctor and his various companions have unseen adventures. Especially in the new series! So who knows. OR (just thought as typing lol) they could have identified the Doctor in "Evil" just on the basis of him owning the TARDIS? Maybe they have some kind of TARDIS detector or something, similar to what they use in "The Chase"?...

Ever since I was 5, when I bought the video Daleks: The Early Years, I was transfixed on the clip from episode 6 where daleks are rolling out of the capsule and saying "Daleks conquer and destroy" in unison. Thank you for putting so much effort into recreating this sadly missed story. =)

ok here is the story I was trying something new with part 4 but it didnt work out so after getting v frustrated i put it down for a while and concentrating on some other projects but after halloween I will start again on part 4 hopefully sometime in the next couple of weeks I will start up loading them again. Subscribe to get them on the day oh and i love your Prodigy stuff big fan of them.
