@MarioBrosClassic It's like asking why a painting is beautiful. Some people don't respond to this type of humor, but that doesn't make it not funny. A person shouldn't be criticized for not laughing at this but pitied, because they are missing a lot of entertainment. Unfortunately, people are snobbish about such things as this and will say things like "you just don't get it," or in the negative "that isn't funny, that is stupid."

@MarioBrosClassic It really is funnier when watching the whole movie in context. And funnier still if you've seen other movies these folks have done. It's character acting, and really, the humor is more in the way the actors play the character than anything else. In my opinion anyway.
