It's actually OCD. If you watch his mannerisms, while they're similar to a tweaker's, they're not exactly the same. There's almost a method to his madness (pun intended). His actions follow a twisted logic in his head, which demands it; that's what OCD is. It's obsessive/compuslive. Come on people, be realistic.
