The CS-450 is very good table. I have an audio-technica AT12Sa mounted on mine and it's GREAT. The suplied AT cart is OK at best, but that low-mass arm is deserving of something far better! an audio-technica AT440MLa or AT120E would be GREAT. Vintage wise, any of the AT's or even a SHURE V15 would be good.
