well we found in lebanon a mold roman glass that never seen in museums b4.....

You just put a little nick where you want the break, as shown? Do you scribe all the way around the circumference where you want it to part? This is confusing.

I thought this video would show us how to make a MOLD, as titled.

Apologies for the misleading title. Just a small scratch will do. The scratch becomes the starting point for the crack, which continues around the vessel, following in the path of the stress caused by the concentrated heat from the flame. It doesn't always create an exactly straight line, but it's usually fairly straight if you keep the flame steady and concentrated on a small point.
