@MrHeliogabalus Do you not know the glitch? its a very long one but what you do is take a horde of Uruk-hai for example and have some sort of bombard unit, such as the ballista, and have it bombard on your horde(s). Then simply wait untill there is a few left, maybe one doesnt matter, then move then stop the bombardmant.

Do it again and again until you max out your command point limit then upgrade all your units with banner carrier.

there is another way to do this it works for bfme1 aswell it takes time and patience get a group in battle with a hero let the group be taken down to 1 man then let it retreat and let the hero finish the rest or let a mumakil or troll do the rest then u got 1 man he counts for 1 guy then stay doing this till outta command points now buy for each group the flag nowu got a huge army

This works only in skirmish mode.

In skirmish Game setup click tab Rules and change Command Point Factor as you like. In this video Command Point Factor is 100X.

when i did it on 100X. it said at 1000 command points i couldn't command any more troops.

its prolly because you need more resource buildings for command points and if thats not the case than idk. =)

I don't know why but in some maps you can't rise your Command Points over 1000. Try several maps.
