Oh hello! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate lost a lot of weight with it.
Im a little confused because I thought that if my heart rate was really high, then I was out of shape. I have been working on increasing my endurance in cardio for over a year and in the beginning while running or intense cardio my max heart rate would be around 180 (i was 16). I thought this was too high, and now im at about 175 (im 17 now) max which I still thought was too high. What does this mean?
I always work out in the morning. what should I eat before. I eat half a banana half an hour before practice and something more an hours before practice. is it necessary to eat some protein before workout?
Lol, How do I get pass ugh!. My ankles ache and my knees ache. I want to run so much but I know I'll end up killing myself. I hate the thought of having a total knee replacement or total ankle replacement. Thinking maybe it's time for bicycling.

Would you guys recommend those slimfast shakes ? I been eying them for the longest time because I don't really want to take any pills to get me a jump start on loosing weight but are those shakes healthy ? or is there anything else I can try to jump start my weight loss a healthier way without any pills ?
@melissaram1106 if you can-- wear a watch and count your heart rate for 10 seconds... then multiply by 6. :) try your carotid pulse- on the side of the neck, place two fingers, preferably your index and middle finger, in the hollow between the windpipe and the large muscle in the neck.
there is NO way i can work out in the morning. no matter what i eat. I feel like throwing up I always feel best in the afternoon and it's still working out so yeah i'm sticking to my afternoon. especially since i'm not a morning person AT ALL

I have a my BFFs wedding coming up June 10th in Vegas! I've been working out for a few years now, 3/4 days per week. I eat healthy- but do you girls have any tips for loosing those pesky extra lbs before then? Important foods to avoid? Quick ways to look SUPER toned by the pool?
@pinkvialove1 hey!! I used to just do weights at 6:30 am in my room and then do some kind of sport after school. have you tried our ab circuit? you could do that after school too. is there a ymca in your town?
What about for teens who go to highschool? It is hard to wake up early in the morning before school... So all that is left of time is after school and the week-end but a lot of us are busy.
@bigbang1001 What sort of activity are you doing when your HR is at 109? 220-age equation is an estimate of your maximum HR, or the maximum number of times your heart can beat per minute, and then you multiply that number by .65 and .85 like they said to find an appropriate HR zone for your workouts. I don't know if that helps at all cuz I don't know what kind of activity you were doing when you checked your HR, sorry.
Should I eat breakfast before I workout in the morning? I think I should but if I dont wait an hour or so afterwards I feel sick while Im working out :( How do you guys go about eating breakfast and how long before/after should you eat it or does it even matter?
@snickersaw943 I'd say maybe have a piece of fruit before your workout and then eat breakfast afterwards.. But that's just my opinion - I'm no fitness/health expert :)
