FILL IT WITH GROUND UP HERB.... NUGS will not be as effective as GROUND herb. Use a grinder, or do what I do and get a cheap COFFEE grinder from walmart for like $5.00. Pretty easy to use, and all kinds of crystals get stuck to the lid which can be rolled into mini hash balls.

ALSO, I'm worried that using BUTANE lighters with these will actually cause more damage do to TOXIC GAS BEING BURNT AND INHALED CONSTANTLY.

@staphinfection Vaporgenie has some info on their website about the use of BUTANE lighters. personally i find find that hempwick works better and tastes better.
