Oh, that's just Arthur's entourage. They follow him wherever he goes, but are only used in desperate situations (the first french castle, the cave, and the bridge of death weren't desperate enough)

We originally did have a more creative ending. It involved the entire cast coming on and singing karaoke from the broadway show 'Spamalot'.

It's not.  It's a camera pointed at a computer screen. We didn't mean for any of the footage from the original film to appear in the final cut, but we ran out of time, and had to improvise.
