i went to a neiborhood at el infant plaza in dc and inside a news buiding near the plaza there was an exploding terminal and another terminal saying the slasher was real in the form of a news report a couple more news related terminals and one that you needed to hack. in the basement of the building there was a decapitated man with a key and a note that said "search the house!" so far i cant find anything about the slasher exept for a small basement area called the shop with an average terminal.
