really?thats great. I was going to get this but i saw this pretty deal on the Cooler master Scout case for about 109. About 20 bux more then this but it has 3 fans with 2 more spots for a total of 5. Was just a little skeptical about this case. But if i were to build another budget mid-gamer pc i'd definately go for the alpha
The back fan is included. Wen this video was made the case only came out of the box so it was fresh. Its been acouple of months since Ive used it and the withholding is still in VERY good condition.
I'm also making my first build, and i was looking for a good case.... But Im just looking fora keyboard, I want one thats quiet since I live in a house for 6 other people... My main priority is just quiet keys.
that is a hard one...you could try infra red keyboards or rubber one but standard keyboards will be as quiet as they get. I dont think they will be waking people up from their sleep.
nice reveiw thank you...i found this case for like 35$ after rebate on newegg today....and i think im going to get it now :) the finish on it looks very nice
Dude, your case is OBVIOUSLY fucked. i saw in another vid of this case that you commented that your side window vibrates. Dude, the only time my side window vibrates is if i put my logitech x-530 subwoofer up on full volume and stick it next to it.
This case is perfectly fine, nothing wrong with it. I like it. Even my friend thinks its awesome and he is NOT easy to please.
You want me to film the case again? I will let you knpow that my case is still in very good condition months into use. In not posting videos for some petty arguement, you can go elsewhere for that.
If your looking to do some real overclocking and need to lower your temps go for the Tempest. If your just looking for casual use or a budget gaming PC I recommend the Alpha =]
Me too. The Tempest is too big for my desk, but I still want it. This case would fit perfectly, but it's not as flashy. I am still up in the air...lol

hows the cooling with only two fans?
B3TO92 2 years ago
Surprisingly enough with only two fans the cooling is actually good. Even while my processor is overclocked.

Your right this would suit a budget mid-gamer pc so i guess you went with the right choice. Hope your build goes well.

what is the maximum length for a graphics card that will fit in this case since it looks small?
sokn4576 2 years ago
It can fit a large card like an nVidia 8800GT which is about 229 mm/9" long. The case itself is not that small/tight inside. Hope that helps
snowman50 2 years ago
Oh btw, how much did you build your PC for?
nakedmongoose123 3 years ago
This build was budget and came to £362
snowman50 3 years ago
how much is that in US dollars?
nakedmongoose123 3 years ago
362.00 GBP = 514.606 USD
You can see my bugdet build on my PCtek2009 channel.

IS the back fan included? And It looks like you've had this case for a while by the time this vid was uplaoded... How is it withholding?

What does mean "NVIDIA 8800GTX Compatible"?
zioboby 3 years ago
It means it would be able to fit big grachics cards such as the Nvidia 8800GTX. Known to be a wide card.
snowman50 3 years ago
Ive got this case. Its really awesome. Best looking case i reckon.

any noe if theres a case like this, same size with window but cheaper?
alextan94 3 years ago
Just ordered this case. I had an NZXT Apollo and really liked the looks/build quality on NZXT's products.
Looking forward to my Alpha getting here. :)

i'm looking at either this or the Tempest, can't make up my mind lol. . .

Go with the tempest, its worth the extra money. its also moves a descent amount of air with the stock fans but is really quiet.
