Someone is useless when he/she is not helping in the development of something good, and if he inflicts pain to others or even to himself then he/she is definetly on my list.

@nhazu Well I have an ease on this, both my parent work for the goverment of my country (they are simple auditors, nothing too big) so I had met a lot of people who I know are corrupt, useless and evil. There's someone I have easy access to, and that I know no one would disturb me while tearing his life apart. It's like 15 mins from my house by driving, so I would spend 15 mins driving, like 10 from the parking lot to his office and like 5 having the time of my life!!
i don't know what I would do in an hour. Unless I was given the resources to do whatever I wanted, I'd probably not do very much except say goodbye to anyone I could.....I guess. Spending time with positive people -friends, family would be most important to me.
I don't think I would want to be wallowing in sorrow or fright.
