This madtv episode was made before Season 4 of the OC (when Chris Brown was in it). :-) There were a few black people on the show though I agree. Sandy's attorney buddy who helped him out on the Caleb case was black. Also, Ryan's guidance counselor the beginning of Season 2 was black, and there was this black preppy girl in several episodes of Season 3 (when Sethummer were warring trying to get into Brown). =P
