  • advanced?? yeah right...

  • @pelusalocafeliz This isn't a contest, you know. This a group of girls, at a college trying to learn and dance together and HAVE FUN. It's people like you that scare people away from belly dancing. This is supposed to be something fun that people do to feel better about themselves, exercise, and meet new people. I feel sorry for the dance community that has to put up with your attitude.

  • @amirahfusion i'm sorry 4 you, 'cause nowadays anyone think they can belly dance, lol, and if they are just having fun you don't have to go en write "advanced members" 'cause that's kind of pathetic u know.

PS: be sorry for suhaila salimpour's attitude too!!!

  • @pelusalocafeliz It's fun to talk crap about things you know nothing of, isn't it? We are a club at a university and we only get a few years to train our dancers. So yes within the construct of our club, this group was more advanced than others. did I call them professionals? did I call them a troupe? I did not. I called them advanced students, because that's what they are. There is no reason to needlessly bring other people down. Just a sign of your own insecurities.

  • @amirahfusion well you can say anything you want to but i am a belly dance student and yes, i know what i'm talking about! ^_^ so who cares!!!

  • @pelusalocafeliz well when you volunteer, as a PhD student, to start and be instructor for a grassroots program in a small town in the middle of nowhere in the midwest, THEN you might know what I'm talking about. It's important to respect and try to empathize with one another's efforts. We all love this dance and we do it the best we can. There really is no reason to bring each other down, there's room for all of us.
