  • @coolbeans5050 let's see it!

  • @BCBassVids Its on my dads iphone il try and have the video up in a couples days and then il send it to you

  • ITS AS WEIRD AS MY TROUT SWIMING AND SINKIN BUT NICE FISH

  • Nice bass. great catch

  • @tubefish123 thanks man!

  • iv got bigger

  • thats all the canadians can produce. lol

  • @toledofishing747 Bigger than anything I see on your channel.

  • @BCBassVids because i dont over react about a 7 pounder and post a video of my self weighing it. Come down to texas and catch one in the double digits

  • @toledofishing747 so you guys have bigger bass then we do, no reason to be a jerk about it.

  • @BCBassVids haha just kidding. nice fish man

  • @BCBassVids We don't have Mexicans so there

  • @EasyEs and way to be bigger about it, what you think you can post sh*t and not get comments . Way to be the bigger man

  • @12treda I think you misunderstood but it happens.

  • @toledofishing747 dude and texas has nicer weather than canada does it takes longer for bass to get that big hence why he is exited about this big bass catching big bass in texas takes no skill catching a 7 pound bass in canada takes skill youve probably never been there so you probably wouldnt know

  • @toledofishing747 dont hate bro

  • @toledofishing747 You should try fishing for walleye, muskee and pike in our northern lakes, you'd be surprised how big they get and they put up a hell of a fight!

  • @toledofishing747

A 7 lb largie is a giant in Canada, it's all geographic location. How many 6 pound smallmouth you catch in Texas? Thats what I thought.

  • that is bigg large in can but we have very big smallies and walles and so on

  • I have a pond and the biggest bass I put in it is up to 8 3/4 lbs. Man I gotta catch it again and beat your butt lol.

  • nice largy! so did she ever swim away?

  • @pelletgun12 Yup. She swam away pretty slow, you can see her start leaving at the end of the video, but I'm pretty sure she made it.

  • @BCBassVids ok thats good to know but anyway ive gotta say it again, damn nice largy mann!!

  • @pelletgun12 Thanks buddy. C&R for life!

  • You guys have some pigs in BC, those sinking minnows are kick ass here in NS , a good ol boy in the Valley Caught a 26 .25 inch smallmouth here in Nova Scotia

  • thaught I could attach a video, but it's on my page.

  • not really sure how big this bass is but I've caught some in the same lake close to six, that lakes name is......

  • @householdbreeder prove it

  • @BCBassVids my dad has caught 7 pound smallmouth in lake erie aswell

  • sweet fish. beats my record of 5lbs13oz from skaha lake. i'm going to osoyoos this coming weekend weather permitting. how''s the fishing now? pretty slow up here due to runoff...

  • @Bass2Mouth Man, that's a monster you got out of Skaha! Osoyoos should be pretty good, I'm guessing fish are still on beds and main lake water temps should be pushing 70. If you're interested there's going to be a bass seminar by a pro bass fisherman in Osoyoos on June 27th, if you're interested you can get ahold of Osoyoos Home Hardware at 495-6534 and get a ticket. $10 and he's handing out free packs of berkley baits.

  • @BCBassVids I am interested for sure. i have a pic of that smallie. hope to get it on video next time...if there is a next time lol. Skaha has huge smallies if you can find them. i find mid-late april is when the beasts are lurking and they cant stand noisy crankbaits. and then again in september, but i am stumped where the big ones go from may till september. need to fish with a pro!!

  • @Bass2Mouth Yeah, they mostly go deep in the summer on Skaha. The seminar will be on Summer Bass Tactics so you'll definitely find some answers. Hope to see ya there, and if you do make it, I'm the big guy named Jesse. Cheers.

  • hey i got the bag of the same stuff u had by berkley gulp and i didnt use it cause i just got it and its not even fishing season yet here in ct, usa

  • nice, i caught a 5lb 4 ounce smalley this fall. funnnn

  • nice bass....amazing how those canadian fish fight and well nice job on the release. let's hope she survived.

  • how did your rig your sinking minnow

  • wacky, all the way.

  • thanks

  • no prob

  • i tried one today and got no reactions but oh well

  • where did you fish it? they work best around cover like trees, docks and heavy weed lines.

  • heavy weed line near bank i know there was fish because i saw and heard them

  • hmm... what colour? green pumpkin and watermelon work best for me, especially in clearer water. make sure the bait is sinking on a slack line as well, if there is tension the bait won't look natural.

  • white and i let it float until the line quit moving

  • there's your problem. white is a brutal colour for sinking minnows, unless you're in very murky water. try something more naturally-coloured.

  • the water was like coffe with a little creamer

  • hmm, black might be a good call for a worm colour. either that or try a bait that makes a little noise so fish can locate it like a spinnerbait or crankbait.

  • yeah i threw those a ton today but no reaction exept for a few thumps on the spinnerbait but then agian its like 100` where i live

  • Nice bass.

  • nice

  • nice fish dude .great video

  • I`m just yanking your chain Jesse.....

  • fair enough... didn't mean to be uptight about it, but Youtube is full of critics.

  • nice bass, but 7lbs 10oz.? I don't think so. Your scale said 6-6.

  • Look closer and you'll see it went from 7.6, to 6.6, to 3.2 as I was removing the fish from the scale. The camera wasn't zoomed in as the fish was being weighed and only zeroed in as it was being removed from the scale. It was every bit 7.6 (or 7 lbs 10 oz), and possibly more on a more accurate scale.

  • where in the hell do youlive. i live in minnesota and the biggest bass i have caught is only 6 pounds

  • British Columbia, we get 'em up to 10 pounds out here.

  • no way in hell unless you are by the washintion border. mn state record is 8 pounds 15 ounces

  • From what I hear it's a lot warmer out here than in Minnesota. A lot of our lakes don't even freeze in winter so we fish for bass all year.

  • no way all of our lakes have been frozen over since thanks giving break. we were driving out on mille lacs with cars by christmas

  • we get em in the mid teens in california

  • Nice Bass, quality video....keepem comin
