Ive played this over a fistful of times but Ive only beaten it once on my first playthrough. The ending was so f'ed up that I would "100%" the rest of the times up till the surprisingly easy Sin fight. Yerp Im a softy. =P

The only reason I really played this game was because of its battle system. Everything else in this game is just a soap opera. PS. Auron was kinda badass

11 people don't appreciate the awesomeness of this game. It's absolutely the best game I have ever played, I've beaten it like 3 or 4 times, and I still love it. This is how games should be made, but most people don't seem to care. This is exactly the kind of game that everyone needs to play, it's long, fun, entertaining, and it NEVER gets boring. If companies still made really great games like this, the world would be a much better place.

Oh my god, I'm so busy with all that monster arena sidequest crap that I forgot how beautiful and touching this game can be, plus you mixed the most sad moments of the game and made them fit perfectally with the music, and using yuna's singing scene from X-2 in the end was just perfect you know...

This is one of the few times I can say: "This video deserves my thumbs up."

sorry, there is only one ending... we all know its sad but play ffx-2 and see a much better ending but you should play it at 100% completion time :)

PS: i have completed all minigames, aeons,overdrives,max stats of 255,cloister of trials,al bhed primers but it still lead to one sad ending.

finished the game at 170hrs :)

I think VII is over-rated, X has a MUCH more powerful story.

A friend of mine also noted, that X is a prequel to VII only a century or so before VII.

X had a more mainstream love and loss story, and that's the type of story people tend to "relate to". yes it was a great story but if VII had the graphical and musical capabilities of X, not to mention the voice overs... who knows what could have been.. or still can be if they remake it....

It's mainly a theory, but one thing that points to it would be a scene in X-2. Shinra says something about taking energy from inside the planet, and turning it into energy. He also says it would take a number of years. His name, combined with what he wants to do and the fact that he is an inventor point to him being the beginning of the Shinra legacy.

My friend had other examples, but that one stood out the most. It's not a close sequel, more like a century or two before VII.

the ending wasnt sad. it was complteley cryable over. FFX was a game ill remember for the story line. FFX-2 allowed us to see Tidus come back which was total AWESOMENESS! but i wish they made an X-3 and get everyone back together for one more adventure...but i think itd be pushing it...oh well. it was an aweosme game. ^^ RIKU FTW!
