this is a fun car, its fast, it drives hard, and will hold a curve like no other car but it will have you running to the garage all day long. i have a 08 with 20k on it. and its already been to the shop 6 times now. when i called the mini dealer ship in Ottawa canada, he told me that hes sorry for the problems, and that i should just sell it. is this really what you want from your dealership.

@08Miniman On the other hand, i have a 2007 Cooper Chili, and it has never had any problems at all. The only thing is, services are quite expensive.

I own a 2005 MINI and I tried the 2007 MINI for 2 weeks and I won't never change the interior desings of my MINI. I love my MINI. The new MINI is much more powerful but the interiors felt like a very cheap car. This is without counting the lack of space for umbrella or sunglasses case.

i have a mini and i traded in a gti for it..and i love my mini its soo much fun everyone always asks to see the inside of it and everything i get nothing but good things about it and that shits fast as hell...girls driving turbo charged n supercharded 6speed cars is fucking hot!!!

People who say Minis suck have pretty much never been in one, or have taken it on a track or any good roads. The Mini Cooper S is a great car when you look at all of the variables. 38mpg HW, light and compact, and can take corners gracefully plus they are affordable. You can't get that with the typical tractor trash technology 20mpg V8 mustang or GTO.
