Well as the uploader asked I think I know some of the voice talents in this commerical. Grimace (the purple guy), I believe is Frank Welker, whom also has done Slimer in the Real Ghostbusters and Baby Kermit in Muppet Babies and Birdie, I'm pretty sure is Russi Taylor, whom is best known as the current voice of Minnie Mouse, but has also done Baby Gonzo in Muppet Babies and Martin Prince in the Simpsons.

they only did the halloween mcnuggets in 1993 and 1996. however, in 1988 a set of 10 along with 2 under the age of 3 mcnugget buddies were released in happy meals.
