i was just about to make some ribs and remembered i saw someone do this once but i couldnt remember how. Great video and a really neat little tip. Thanks alot.
, I never thought of removing the membrane, I just learned something , thanks... I love to cook, and my girlfriend doesn't know how and doesn't want to learn, but I love to cook
guess im a sicko but i like to tear the membrane off while i gnaw the bone however you do sacrifice flavor that way. im doing 6 racks for family and im going to remove it this time.
wow ........thanx for the info ive even asked my butcher how to do this and no one i ask could tell me how , they all say i just leave it on . i tried a fillet knife and that didnt work .
Any one who bbqs on the regular knows this so I guess what im saying is leave the cooking to the pros LOL 1.99/lbs is a great price for baby backs I would get a few racks and freeze them!!!
Thank you for using gloves and practicing clean cooking techniques. Not too many people practice it on their videos and people think it's ok to touch raw meat then wipe your nose, then cut vegetables. I am impressed.
Question: what kind of flat pan are you using to bake you ribs on?

@D0nQuix0te I dont cook on a flat pan, I cook on a rib rack. Have to google it as YT wont let me post a link here

Thanks! Question: Does the membrane remove easier when the rack is at room temperature or straight out of the fridge?

@normtoy I've done it both ways and have not noticed any significant difference. Thanks for watching!
