I mean Dominican republic's and the rest of Latin Americas motherland: Spain, Jamaicans and the rest of English speaking Caribbean countries motherland: England. Haiti's Mother land: Africa!. jeez! the rastafarians seem to be fixated on claiming ethiopia as their heritage i think it has something to do with the late Emperor Hallie Selassie going to Jamaica during a dry spell and bringing the rains with him..!! I understand that originally the where given land in the region but did not develope the land as was expected but grew weed ... a lot of them have now been kicked out of the country according to my conversations with some ethiopians who say they are no longer welcome out there..
