I love my Nissan Titan and it's been one if the best trucks I have owned. But I will never buy one again simply because Nissan has been the worst company in customer service I have ever had by far. And you can have the best vehicles in the world but if you don't back them it means nothing. Especially when is very simple things that all other companies help out.

@Hemispeed18 I've owned both new Ram hemi and Tundra 5.7. The Tundra smokes the Ram every time, is quieter, tows better, shifts smoother. I agree the gas pedal is sensative, lots of low end torque and 4:30 gears will do that.

I don't doubt a modded hemi could beat a stock Titan seeing as stock they only run at 60% motor capacity between 0-45 MPH which is where your races are won half the time. Remove the wotR and it'll run all over a tundra. They are underrated trucks for sure.

The Northeast is very rough on them in the winter. They rust way to easy when the road salt hits them. I hardly see any Toy trucks on the streets around here because of it.

Everyone buys a truck for the reasons that appeal to them. When I talked to Ford about the price of an HD, it was $700-$800 month. My $23,000 TDC is $369, And it's fun.

Dodge is owned by daimler chrysler, a GERMAN company. Less than 75% of dodges parts are made in america qualifying it as an import by federal standards. look it up.

@petorian1 i beat my friends new 6.2 with my 04 ram hemi, we did 2 pulls, smoked him the first dig, second one gave him a length and i still walked em, my dads 07 tundra kept up better than that 6.2 vortec...so highly doubtful that it could beat the tundra

the tundra is an awsome truck and i would own one in a second. but one cool thing about the dodge is its going to be worth a lot of money some day cuz of how rare it is. i wouldnt want one to drive every day. that job would go to the tundra.

@chaosad09 LMAO! Rare? Dodge Rams are EVERWHERE! For every 10 Rams, there's only like 1 or 2 Toy trucks on average where I live. Not very popular in the North country. The Northeast is very rough on them in the winter. They rust way to easy when the road salt hits them. I hardly see any Toy trucks on the streets around here because of it.

just cause the f series is the top selling, doesn't make it a better truck. it's top selling because they are affordable, not quality made. we all know that quality made things are more expensive then your work of the mill stuff. that being said, more fords are bought because more are made for a lower price.
A Rolls Royce doesn't sell nearly as much as a cadillac because they are more expensive, a lot more, and the reason for that is because they are made with quality parts.

...maybe, but how much have you put into it? I have a bone stock 2004 Tundra double cab, with only 240 lowly horsepower, but it's a DOHC and it has a 4:08 limited slip rear. No one has beat me off a stoplight yet, in anything. I'm a Ford guy, really, and I'm all about diesel, but some of your comments here are just Neanderthal. Everyone buys a truck for the reasons that appeal to them. When I talked to Ford about the price of an HD, it was $700-$800 month. My $23,000 TDC is $369, And it's fun.

Just like GM has partnership with Isuzu, & AM General, & Ford has a partnership with Jaguar, & several others.

I don't know what the real answer is, anymore. Everyone's trucks are all made of the same parts from the same companies. Import sales support American dealerships (that is local communities/ employees) and the finance money goes to American banks. When I bought my 1979 Accord brand new, everyone was saying "Jap is crap", but it was a more refined and better quality car than the American junk at the time. No surprise to see the "Jap is crap" crowd is still here...30 years later...
