We don't _know_ they are being forced, but given the fact that we know how those dictatorships work, I think the probability is overwhelming. But, of course, it depends on your definition of "forced". I think many parents are made to believe they are doing the best for their kids. It's a mentality. When you grow up with this yourself, you forget how wrong it felt at first and how much you suffered. The kids learn to make the best of it and pass it on. But it's systematic psychological abuse.

If it was one child, I would think that it was really talented. But these kids are far too young and too synchronized, it can't be a coincidence that they all just love it. They didn't start playing yesterday and it's VERY rare that two-year-olds choose this. Even adult talents have to practice a lot to get the timing that perfect. They should go outside and play instead of spending endless hours practicing. They look like they're enjoying it, but I think they are just glad they slip punishment.

Just look at their faces and think of the countless hours these kids were forced to practice, just one mistake meaning getting physically punished. That's North Korea for ya.

North Korea is notorious for being secretive, so there'd be no absolute facts that these kids were forced. However, a logical assumption can be made judging by their corrupt communist government and what they've done in the past.
