Well, do you not think all that you mentioned were present in Iraq before the invasion? As Brigstocke himself says in this clip, it was "miserable over there before" (an understatement, if you ask me). And as for troops getting killed, if you think they are dying for nothing, that's your opinion. If you think they died removing a mass murdering tyrant after three decades of sole ownership of a country, then that's as good a cause to fight, and risk being killed for, as any.

Tibet has responded very negatively to their occupation. Just not in a violent manner, which is an egregious error but that's just my opinion. Take a look at some national indicators such as GDP, birthrate, death-rate, infant mortality and so on. The more you educate yourself on the subject the more you'll find that all peoples "react negatively", but the difference in that reaction can be very accurately predicted based on the dominant faith those people practice.
