He's not a news anchor, though. He is at best a social commentator and political pundit. He makes his observations, with a left leaning slant, and he brings in similarly thinking media folk to discuss the issue or isues of the day.

Frankly I'd rather watch Keith Oberman make an intelligent reasoned dissection of whatever has him upset than watch Bill ORiley call people pinheads and shout for his ratings while simultaneously presenting the least well prepared, hare brained act in media today

alright.. I probably would not have reacted as strongly as I did if not for your references to the troops. I think the bush adminstration stole iraq for haliburton and our boys have suffered a lot of casualties from everything from bombs and explosives to haliburth made field showers wired so badly as to cause electrocution death to the troops who use them.

I think it's very important that we draw distinctions between supporting a president and supporting our poor, utterly victimized troops

Our troops are the best in the world and deserve nothing but our greatest admiration.
