  • a helper i found was looking at my sleep habits. i came up with alot of tricks and rules and stuck by them more or less. it took me a year to establish normal sleep patterns. it doesn't stop there. diet is crucial along with MODERATE exercise. it's a great planet but when i don't exercise moderation in all things in my life the anxiety reappears as do the sleepless nights. seasons also provoke sleepless cycles. drugs don't let us hear what the body is saying
