You're welcome! I'm glad that the water changes worked. Also siphoning some of the sand might have helped since it is a nitrate factory. Glad to see that everything is going well and keep up those water changes. Also be careful with the Xenia they spread like crazy and get all over the place so put small rocks around them so they spread on those instead of your main rocks and you can take them to trade at your fish store :-)
Love the aqua scape, super nice. The skimmer is making some really nice skim mate. How much do those l.e.d. strips run? I've been thinking of running some under my tank for mood lighting.

The leds are called Osram Deco Flex. I have the european version here so im not sure what the specs are on the US version. im sure google can tell you the values of Watts , amps and voltage you are seeking :) in real life they look fantastic, dont get hot and are very easy to install.

ya when i see something not right in my system theres only one way. and thats fixing it asap :D I was lucky here that a few water changes took care of the access nuetrients.
