I see cabbies every single day yapping on their cell phones while driving. Truck drivers too. They don't give a shit about anyone but themselves. These are the guys the police need to go after first and foremost.
It's not against the law here in New Brunswick, Canada. I've been driving cab for over 12 years and I do have a cell phone to keep in touch with my family, but when I have a customer, I just think that would be rude talking on my cell phone at the same time. Just good manners and good customer service.

nice it wasent even english and its always been against the law for a cab driver to talk on a cell whilw he has someone is his cab
