  • you are great, just by looking at u talk and explain the concepts, I feel a bit more comfortable. i will soon put you methods to practice. to be honest what has stopped me before and why i haven't done it, is fear.

one question are you a Yogi?

  • meditation is a fucking joke this guy looks like a loser who strayed to far from america ps suck my fat big hairy cock you ugly mother fucker

  • @ninlandon if you don't agree , why you bother watching it? and if he chose to leave America, that was his decision to make.

  • @ninlandon it is not a joke ,,please if you dont like ,dont do or think about meditation.you be happy with your way of life let them be happy with the way they want to be .

  • "...the brain gets blood without working against gravity due to the heart being higher than the head"

Apparently being suspended upside-down is the optimal position for the brain to operate in.

  • @nickolayer what ur saying is true, but different concept, doesn't apply to this vid.

ur concept is also similar to doing drugs that makes the human brain react the same way. different!!!!

  • My comment isn't really related to the video, either. Check that post by ah05075 below - I couldn't help taking a close look at it.

  • in islam a muslim prostrates at least 32 times a day.

  • This is the truth meditation.

  • thank you, friend.

  • there is nothing suck is thai.....maybe it's cambodia....why you teach or learn from the original place. Thai is all about stilling neighbor style which is cambodia. Get real..

  • The Buddha wasn't Thai or Cambodian. We didn't steal this practice, we inherited it from the Buddha.

  • so this is like a prayer?

  • Is it important to say, for example, "turning, turning turning" - 3 times? What happens if you don't have time to say it couple of times? Can you do it just once?

And is it really nessesary to do the prostration before maditating?

  • It's just a technique... you are welcome to modify it as you like, but it works quite well this way.

  • yuttad hammo ? is that your real name man ?

  • Its probably Yutta Dhammo and no, it would be his taken name or his refuge name. Generally when one takes refuge in Buddhism, they receive a spiritual name.

  • Yes, Str80, it is the name my father gave me at my birth. Except I was 22-years old at the time.

  • @yuttadhammo What does it mean?

  • thanks for teaching.

  • i tried to go to the site posted at the end of the video but it said that the site was indefinitely closed due to administrative and technical problems. so, when you get the chance, could you please post more videos on youtube (that is if there is more for you to demonstate). i found your videos extremely helpful, thank you.

  • I'm just doing this to help with my body building. Where's your muscles, sir? seems like you take care of your mind.. but what about your body?

  • why would he want to be strong and built, hes a monk his life is based around peace.

  • who gives a fuck about the body?

we need our health, life and piece.

  • proper spelling also helps.

  • mind your language before coming to arguments.

  • Where will your muscles be in 50 years time? Where will your body be in 100 years time?

  • *smiles* I had to do a double-take at your username. Cute. :)

  • what's the big difference between hypnosis and meditation? If someone is hypnotised to avoid something bad isn't it better and easier way than meditation?

  • If I may answer, meditation isn't about avoiding anything. Just the opposite, it's ultimately about not avoiding anything, not running away from any experience, being fully aware.

  • hmmmm. okay.

  • These sort of things I see in the temple but noone ever explained it to me. Now I know there are different forms and I can now talk to the monks more about developing mindfulness in prostration. You got the bll rolling in my mind. Good work.
