  • Damn! That is hard core.

  • I think that's a tadpole :)

  • its not a bloody minnow its a tadpole why do people always get them confused ones a fish ones a amphibian and damn that was a fast catch go bug go

  • Thats what i call fast food!!!

  • *baddum tish*

  • Omg i have 2 of those bugs in my fish tank but there way smaller, they look exactly the same tho

  • @monkeysead if they're much smaller then it's possible they are say a caddis or mayfly larvae which to the untrained eye might seem extremely similar

  • My town was built on a swamp and so we have lots of mosquitoes, and dragonflies to match. This summer on the equinox, it was a beautiful day and the daylight was 19 hours, and me and a bunch of close friends did mushrooms to celebrate another year living through the winter to celebrate one day of absolute beauty. On the lake path, there were literally thousands of dragonflies above us, swarming, gobbling bugs and mating. It was the most beautiful moment I have experienced

  • What's really cool about it is how the dragonfly larva is clearly stalking the tadpole, inching closer until it's within range, then BAM!. I just wish the video was longer!

It's also cool how you can hear the water as the dragonfly larva strikes. Makes me wonder how on earth the person who took the video did so (i.e., what the setup was).

  • You find them in a basic swamp, usually usder or in plants ect in the water.

  • thats a tadpole dumbfuck! and where did you get the larvae dragonfly i want one O_o but not to have it eating my fish i love my pet fishes

  • Wow. My mom's goldfish all disappeared and I found a few shed nymph skeletons. Interesting to see how they died.

  • you should have kept the tadpole and you should have fed it a minnow. FROGS ARE COOL

  • I agree with this guy.

  • all the people who are over reacting about it being a tadpole need to calm down.. it's cool a shit regardless

  • brilliant video

  • like others have said, that is a tadpole, not a minnow.

  • That's a tadpole, fool, not a minnow. e__e *facepalm*

  • was that a biddy damselfly of a dragonfly

  • 1 time I found 1 of those at a river and put it in a cup with a branch. When I came back 2 hr's later it matured and flew away!XD

  • lol no u idiot its a dragon fly larva

  • WOW! I LOVE THAT! DRAGONFLIES AND DAMSELFLIES ARE COOL!!! lolz!

  • That is a tadpole, not a minnow.
