The context of the whole event is that Yukari had a bet that her class would win the sports festival, that bet being paid in yakiniku. It literally means "grilled meat", and is very similar to Korean galbi gui, better known in the west as Korean Barbeque. Yukari, being the kind of person she is, is of course far more concerned with winning a meal on somebody else's tab than the sportsmanship and comradery the festival is aimed at promoting.
