  • i am a four wheel drive specialty mechanic in new jersey and i agree hummers suck the best off roading vehicle is the jeep wrangler and the toyota landcruiser hands down

  • yes this is true but the land crusier will rock it stock wheras the jeep wrangler sucks stock, i have pulled out more stock wranglers then any other vehicle.

  • jeeps have lots of accessories

    Toyota run forever

but best 4x4.. that's pushing it

and granted your in new jersey theirs different styles of 4x4 every where you go so whatever works best in that environment might fail in others

  • @njbackroads1 i agree i have a 1974 cj5 jeep it can run forever and gets thro pretty much anything

  • Veryyyy nice...

  • where are they playing because if its near me im taking my boyfriends hilux and going to brake some shit anybody know? looks like an expense day or night trip !!

  • It´s about 20 Hours flying to get here From Australia.

    U Rock!!!

    Come & Visit Us.

    :)

  • toyota parts are easier to find than land rover, those 80 series land cruisers where designed to be almost a maitenance free vehicle and where made to be the toughfest SUV ever the U.S. model came fully dressed up with leather and fancy luxury interior with a very high price that most people that bought them never really used them as a primary offroad vehicle. you can sleep underneath them in them or on top of them.

  • What do you think would make a better expedition vehicule, a landrover defender or a Toyota landcruiser?

  • The Land Cruiser parts are very strong. And I really like Toyotas, I cant be fair

  • ignorance is bliss but at least you all are having fun. hummers are nothing but laughable at best in their offroad capabilities.

  • I agree. Hummers are street cars BLING

  • A Mercedes G-wagen would kill a Land snoozer anyday.

  • i would hope so for the price! they are hand built too arnt they, have you ever driven one? im not a fan of them tbh

  • Yes they are hand built in Graz, Austria from German made parts. I have driven one, but not off road, my friend's dad has one that we took off roading in North Carolina and it was unstoppable. I want one, but in the U.S. they are quite expensive.

  • they are expensive here. for the money you would spend on one, you could get a nice 3 litre diesel hilux, jacked up, bigger wheels and it would have the similar off road charecteristics :)

  • I doubt that a Hilux with large tires could handle the terrain we encountered in N.C. a few years ago. The Hilux here is called the Tacoma, and they are just lightweight trucks. The G Wagen is used by the German Military as a means of mobility in battle. Much like the H1 hummer is used for the U.S army.

  • yea the hummers are excellent. i see one pretty much climbing boulders on its side on some tv program. there wasnt a road at all. ive not seen a g wagen do anything like what the H1 was doing. no matter what i did to my truck it couldnt climb boulders!

  • hummers sux balls. crapest of road cars ever

  • the bling off road meets tarmac ones are crap. but the original old ones that the us army use are pretty good

  • FUCK YOU AD SOME SOUND FOR ONES

  • Veryyyy nice...

  • Thanks for the cruiser porn. Nice rigs!
